My GPS comes with MP3 capability, but how I can access it or put the songs in him?

I tried to look through the manual, but all it says is the way to use once the songs are already there. I tried to copy songs to the SD memory chip coming, but that does not work. Also I tried to upload songs thought the USB cable that comes with ... Wrong. Am I going about it wrong? Help please: (

I know that TomTom units, is necessary to put all mp3 in a folder called MP3. Other units do not know. Have you tried the website for the company who made it?
