What about all the water in the Great Lakes if their were a change Poler where everything go well?

What will happen as well with all the water in the Great Lakes, if their is a polar shift and move, and where this is going to the Gulf of Mexico? If so I would be in Ohio, you know what I mean

The world is not like a washing bowl. The water is held in place by gravity, a change in the inclination of the poles do not create movement.
