USB adapter 3.5 mm jack for headphones?

I recently bought a Microsoft LifeChat LX 3000 Headset and USB-based. Now I want to use it with my TV (with 3.5 mm jack). Is there a way or I can use an adapter to use headphones with my TV

Not without making any electrical work on it. USB audio has no oil in the same way a headphone jack does.
