Dog Collar GPS tracking that can be accessed from a computer?

Does anyone know of a dog collar GPS tracking that can be accessed from a computer? I've looked at several online, but all require a handheld, it would be OK, except for the fact that they are limited to line of sight transmission. You can only transmit a maximum of 7 miles. I want to be able to access my computer and see where my dog at all times. If he runs out of transmission range handheld unit, then it is useless. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
