How I can know if a film is widescreen or full screen still plastic? Thanks! Where am I?

Look in the back of the film. If it says aspect ratio of 1.85:1 or 2.35:1 aspect ratio, which means it is wide. Or even 2.39:1 ratio. the 16.9 (also known as 1.78:1) and 1.33:1 are The most common full screen on the DVD are 1.33:1, 1.85:1, and 2.35:1. The full screen is 1.33, or 1.85 has small black bars at the top and bottom screen, and 2.35 has big black bars, but a wider angle.
